When you place an order, sign up for our newsletter, or submit a wholesale inquiry, we collect information you provide directly — typically your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. We don't collect anything beyond what's needed to process your order or respond to your inquiry.
Your information is used to fulfil and deliver your order, contact you about that order, respond to inquiries, and — only if you've opted in via our newsletter signup — send occasional updates about new batches or offers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Order and inquiry information is stored securely and used internally for order fulfilment and business record-keeping. We take reasonable steps to protect this information but cannot guarantee absolute security, as is true of any system connected to the internet.
For card payments, we do not store your card details ourselves — these are handled directly and securely by our payment provider. For bank transfer and Cash on Delivery orders, no card or banking information is collected by us at all.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. To request that we delete your personal information from our records, or to ask what information we hold about you, contact us using the details below.
